Great meeting with Fiaz Khan & Padam Singh from CEMVO Scotland today.
We talked about the work CEMVO does and some of the inequalities communities are facing.
It was good to learn about the Fair Start Scotland Programme and how it is helping those from ethnic minority backgrounds access employment.
I look forward to watching the work they carry out in the future.
