I went to Winchburgh to visit the site of the long-promised train station for the existing and ever-growing population. This village has approved planning for thousands of new houses, and I could not understand why a train station had not been agreed upon and delivered. This was promised by SNP Scottish government over 15 years ago.

Yesterday I asked a question to the Transport Minister, in the Scottish Parliament and invited the Minister, to visit Winchburgh to see for herself why a train station should be delivered as quickly as possible.

We need all interested parties to get around a table and agree on how the train station can be delivered as quickly as possible.
