Last week I raised concerns over the report by the Institute of Race Relations, which found that British Muslims have had their citizenship reduced to “second-class” status.
Recent stories about #HateCrime are also concerning. Everybody should feel welcome in the UK and nobody should be made to feel less equal because of the colour of their skin, their culture or their religion.
This #NATIONALHCAW I encourage my constituents to speak out against hate crime.
